TTT courtyards: Two basement level courtyards, built over a lower basement, these spaces were designed to be viewed from ground floor level with access at basement level. They act as multi-storey lightwells for this new enterprise building by Henry J Lyons for Jones Investments. "We introduced the circle motif as a reference to the bottle works factory that once stood on the site. We extended the board marked concrete retaining walls, upwards to create planting depth above the capping beams". TTT also installed a large steel planter for one specimen tree on the second floor conceptually turning the entire building mass into one giant planter.
