TTT communal space. a new public quad, over basement car park, surrounded by 20 x large four storey hi-end residential units. Composition of raised lawn, (with granite edging), walls of Taxus baccata, Boxwood and Agapanthus. All framing existing mature Horse Chestnut tree. The project was largely a remedial fix of an existing condition that the client was not happy with. TTT were called in to improve the square under the restricted parameters of keeping the footprint as it was. Photos: Sean Breithaupt
