TTT - (sideprojects): Preview of a house renovation and extension by TTT, to the rear of a Victorian period property; for a private client. The scheme is largely centred around a concrete frame structure that is infilled with wood cabinet and storage units. The new exposed brick wall extends into the garden and screens the rear terrace from the neighbour's view. The new kitchen/dining space is sunken by 3 steps to achieve a greater ceiling height, while maintaining existing first floor levels above.
