TTT Connecting Courtyard: A shared garden, connecting two generations of the same family in House 1 + House 2. Largely influenced by family perspective, the traditional model of Japanese living, the materiality of the TAKA house and in particular the personality of the clients. Chailey Brick, Cast in-stu concrete, Douglas fir, slate and exotic planting. Cited by one of the AAI international judging panel, as "his favourite space". Houses by TAKA architects.
