Jimi Shields has been invited to present two lectures on Contemporary Landscape at the Cork Centre for Architectural Education, University College Cork. Nov. 11th + 12th 2014. The first lecture will reprise AAI talk, Still-Moving: The Work of TTT. The second will cover a collection of contemporary landscapes visited, documented and interpreted by TTT, including: the Highline New York, (Field Operations), Taliesin, (Frank Lloyd Wright), First Unitarian Church and School, (Louis I. Kahn) and Heywood Gardens, (Sir Edwin Lutyens). The students will deliver a paper on the talks entitled Landscape, Routine + The Datum Pitch. (Below: preview of new TTT designed house)
