TTT were commissioned to explore concepts for this landmark project off Dublin City's main thoroughfare. TTT's proposal for the roof form of the hotel, "Park in The Sky", replaced a stepped terrace treatment with a single sculpted "collapsing hillside", a sloped woodland along a monumental tapering stairway rising to 50m above street level.
